Orders ship fast. If your order does not ship within 3 business days you will be contacted. It is our goal to ship orders within 1 business day. Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless we are intructed otherwise and tracking numbers will be provided.
FREIGHT:
Freight charges are free to the 48 contiguous United States. Freight charges are subject to change without notice. Orders may be accepted by the system as free shipping when shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States, but additional shipping charges will apply. You will be contacted regarding the additional charges or fees.
RETURNS:
Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. The buyer is responsible for any costs related to returning the merchandise. A 30% restock fee will be applied on all approved returns. Orders canceled prior to shipping will be accessed a 3% fee to cover credit card charge fees.
LOST/DAMAGED MATERIAL:
Buyer must notify seller of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days after the merchandise is delivered. The buyer is responsible for the following: 1.)Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged merchandise, 2.)Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete, 3.) Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged merchandise.
