Orders ship fast. If your order does not ship within 3 business days you will be contacted. It is our goal to ship orders within 1 business day. Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless we are instructed otherwise and tracking numbers will be provided. Please see the delivery time map below to estimate the transit time for your order.
FREIGHT:Freight is $4.95 to the 48 contiguous United States. Freight charges are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS: Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. The buyer is responsible for any costs related to returning the merchandise. A 20% restock fee will be applied on all approved returns.LOST/DAMAGED MATERIAL: Buyer must notify seller of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days after the merchandise is delivered. The buyer is responsible for the following: 1) Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged merchandise, 2) Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete, 3) Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged merchandise.
